Crisis. Are You Prepared?

Using realistic, real-time simulations, we work with you to “stress-test” your business continuity plan, with a very specific focus on how you communicate during a crisis. Extensive use is made of film, sophisticated broadcast technology and roleplayers to deliver an authentic experience.
Every Carpe Diem simulation is based on a carefully researched scenario tailored to your organization. We offer a scaleable format that can involve teams of 20 or 200, in one location or
several. It can be run for dedicated crisis or business continuity personnel or as a broader role-playing simulation exercise. It can be conducted over several hours, over the course of a day, or even over several days.
